1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your desired items, and click"Add to Cart". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, go to your cart and click"Checkout"to enter your details and select your payment method.

3. Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that it has not yet been shipped. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return the item within our 30-day return policy after receiving it.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States & Canada.
6. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery takes 3-8 business days after dispatch.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can check your order status at any time here.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to The United States & Canada.
Returns & Refunds
9. Can I return an item?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
10. How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, please email info@almenera.com with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged)
- Your name and address
11. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
12. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 5 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
